Meet Kyle – Your Nutrition Coach
I’m Kyle Pirt, founder of PirtFit and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
After struggling with my weight as a kid, I spent years learning how to build a healthy, confident lifestyle. But in my mid-20s, I slipped — fast food, no workouts, and constant fatigue. A wake-up call in 2023 pushed me to take my health seriously again — and I haven’t looked back.
Now I coach others to do the same: build sustainable nutrition habits without diets, guilt, or confusion. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I’m here to guide you toward progress that lasts — with support, simplicity, and a plan that fits your life.
Getting Started
Apply Online
Fill out a quick form so I can learn about you. Within 48 hours, you will receive a custom video and written summary reviewing your answers.
Track Daily Food Intake
After clarifying your goals based on your form, track your daily food consumption for 3-5 days, including 1 day on the weekend (excluding water intake). Use MyFitnessPal (free version).
Custom Plan Delivered
Based on your application form and daily food intake, you will receive your plan preview. When you confirm you want the plan, purchase the plan, and get started!
